We are heartbroken at the loss of a dear friend of . Miss Gwendolyn Lewis was more than a friend she was a treasured member of our KSD family. If you knew ‘Teedy Gwen’ you know how loving and giving she was. Her family has exhausted all available funds but still needs a little more to give her the home going she deserves. Let’s come together as a ‘Kelly family’ and help however you can. Any donation is appreciated.

When it comes to building new habits that support brain health, the best ones are often simple, and even fun, like dancing💃🏻!

Whether you’re moving with friends, joining a class, or just jamming out in your living room, dancing is a powerful way to engage both body and brain🧠.

Research shows that regular dance can enhance memory, mental health, and even increase hippocampal volume, a part of the brain key to learning and memory, which may help lower the risk of cognitive decline✅. (1, 2)

In fact, a study found that dancing even outperformed other forms of physical activity, especially in mental health, working memory, and social cognition🪩. (3)
