This summer has been challenging, but August reminded me of something important: don’t forget to be grateful, even during the hard seasons.
Grief, especially the loss of someone you love, can change so much. But even in the midst of sadness, there are still moments to appreciate, lessons to receive, and reasons to give thanks. 🤍
I’m choosing to honor the grief while still making room for gratitude, joy, and the beauty that life continues to offer.

For me, plant-based living isn’t about making food complicated or following perfection. It’s about creativity, nourishment, color, texture, and reconnecting with the beauty of what the Earth gives us.

The Vibrational Kitchen
Where plants, creativity, and a little bit of magic come together.
People often ask me what kind of chef I am, and honestly, the answer is always evolving. I’m a plant-based chef, but you can also call me a kitchen witch. 🧙🏽♀️🧙🏽♀️
My kitchen is where I play, create, experiment, listen, and connect. Sometimes the body calls for something warm and grounding. Sometimes it needs food in its purest form. And sometimes I just allow the plants, herbs, spices, colors, and textures to inspire me.
These are some of the dishes I have created along the way, each one born from creativity, curiosity, and my connection to Mother Earth.
