We received our new rotary neck machine yesterday! This is a an extremely rare piece of equipment. They were only produced in the 1970s. We were fortunate to find one after years of searching. 👍
Yes! We have moved into our new studio location. All of us are happy and excited. 🙌

The next lecture I will be giving will probably be in September of 2020. I know that seems a bit far away. The lecture will be titled, “Exercise, Diet, and Cognitive Function Over the Life Span.”
