Next in our trainer spotlight lineup is Alex!! Alex has been with Uptown since day 1 and has been a trusted coach for many. See below to check out how she answered our trainer questions!

Type of training you like to do with clients:
- my training style varies between clients. Main things I like to work on are strength and functional training

Favorite piece of equipment:
- favorite piece of equipment are the free weights. I use barbells dumbells or kettlebells in all of my sessions

Main goal you work toward w your clients:
- my main goal I work towards with my clients is that they have the strength and ability to carry all the groceries in one trip. πŸ₯²

Your current personal fitness goal:
- My personal goal is to just be better everyday. Celebrate the little wins along the way

Hobbies/Activities you enjoy outside of the gym:
- outside of the gym I’m a coach at Orangetheory Fitness. Besides that I love being outside, hanging out with my dogs and doing pottery!
