The summer studio schedule is here and we are so excited about what we have lined up,and yes, we WILL be open in August. ☀️

Whether you are coming in to sweat, stretch, find stillness, or bounce something loose, there is a class with your name on it. We have been intentional about building a schedule that meets you where you are and takes you somewhere new.

This summer we are welcoming three new classes to the floor: Advanced Hip Hop with Tobias, Heels with Tia B, and Afro Contemporary with Céline. Fresh energy, new movement, same community you love.

And we want to be real with you for a second. Your attendance truly matters. When you show up consistently, we are able to sustain classes and keep programming alive for this community. Every body in the room makes a difference. Please note that July and August scheduling is subject to change based on attendance so pull up, take class, and let us know how you are feeling and what you are enjoying. Your feedback helps us build for you! 📣

Thank you for continuing to choose this space, grow with this community, and support movement rooted in care, healing, and connection. 🌟

Take a peek at the full lineup and find a membership that works for you. Classes begin June 1.

Sign up for classes on our website, and for Sunday classes on saintclaudeyoga.com 📆

We are so proud of our co-leader, Kendra, for being recognized as a 2026 R2I Community Champion Distinguished Service Award recipient by the Greater New Orleans Funders Network. 🌱

This award was built on a simple yet powerful belief that the people closest to the work deserve to be supported, seen, and celebrated. Nominations come directly from the community, and that’s exactly what makes this one mean so much.
Kendra shows up every day for this city, for our young people, and for this organization with everything she has. This is just the rest of the world catching up to what we already know!

Congratulations, Kendra. We see you 🥂

Drop some love in the comments for her — she deserves every bit of it. 🤍

As we ease into the last weeks of spring, we have opportunities to move, reset, and show up for yourself. We have a full lineup of classes this week across contemporary, ballet, hip hop, Pilates, Afro grooves, and more. All taught by instructors who make the room feel like home. 🏡

We have a special guest this week, Sabrina Naz ( ) 💃🏾 She will host two dynamic classes rooted in rhythm, history, and celebrations of the African Diaspora. Her work is rooted in Sankofa, reaching forward and lifting as we climb.

Come dance with us this week 🌟 Sign up now on Mindbody — and bring a friend 😊

When Elite Feet walks into the room, the whole room shifts. 🌟👣

Four young dancers took the stage at the OCHIN Member Learning Forum right here in New Orleans and brought exactly what they always bring: joy, expression, and an energy that reminds every person in that room why movement matters.

The OCHIN Learning Forum brings together health leaders and community organizations from across the country to share knowledge, drive impact, and imagine healthier futures for all. And our young people showed up and showed out in that space as a living reminder that art, community, and wellness are deeply connected.

We are so proud of Elite Feet for representing Dancing Grounds on that stage. This is what it looks like when young people are invested in, celebrated, and given the space to lead. 👏🏾
