I help women lose the yo-yo diet cycle and find food freedom that lasts!

03/11/2026

If this stopped your scroll, stick with me because Leslie and I break this down on this week’s podcast episode. Drop the word PODCAST, and I’ll send you the link to the episode.

Diet culture convinced you that the only way to lose weight is to:

Track every biteCut out your favorite foodsWhite-knuckle your cravingsAnd start over every time you “mess up”

It’s only getting worse!

Something that is hard to believe, but is the truth you need to hear, “Yyou can lose weight without calorie counting, food rules, or restriction.”

When you stop fighting your body and learn how to actually respond to hunger, urges, and emotional eating…

Food stops feeling like the boss of you.
Suddenly you’re not thinking about food all day. You’re not bingeing at night. You’re not “being good” all week just to blow it on the weekend.

You’re just… living, and losing weight along the way.

I didn’t stick to any of them, because what feels good short term isn’t always best long term. In fact, that’s rarely the case!

My obsession held me back for YEARS!

So what actually led me to dropping my excess weight permanently?

Let’s get into it –

Often when you make a drastic change in your eating habits, it’s because something in your current eating habits is not working for you.

You’re eating too much and/or you’re missing out on variety. You’re stuck in your patterns, so the change up is a relief!

There is nothing wrong with changing things up every so often, and I encourage it, but recognize that it’s more likely the change itself that’s making you feel good and not what you changed to.

We are creatures of habit and it does the body good to have variety and breaks from the usual.

There are no magical weight loss foods. It’s all good or not so good, depending on how you eat them.

The most important thing is to strive for small behavioral changes that pay off long term, not just for thirty days. In other words, build sustainable eating habits that last!

Eat with awareness. Pay attention to how food makes you feel and decide if that food needs to be included more or less in your daily life. but don’t just ditch family pizza night with the kids because the carb police are coming.

Eventually you’ll become master of your own body and you won’t have to worry about which 30 day program to try next!

If you want the framework, comment the word TOOLKIT and you’ll never be confused about another diet again.

If one “off-plan” bite flips a switch and suddenly you’re in full binge mode… that’s not a self-control problem — it’s a dieting problem.

Restriction trains your brain to panic around food.
So the moment you step “out of bounds,” your nervous system goes:

Eat it all now. This might be your last chance.

That’s how dieting creates binge eating.

What actually helps isn’t more rules or tighter control.

You don’t have to skip dessert just to feel “good.”

No more ruining date nights doing calorie math in your head or avoiding restaurants because you’re scared you won’t stop.

There’s another way — one that teaches your body it’s safe to pause, choose, and enjoy food without going to extremes.

🎯 comment “Toolkit” and I’ll send you the free strategy all my clients use to STOP binge eating in its track while learning how to interrupt urges in real time.

Comment HOLIDAY to get the 7-Step formula that helps you stay in control over the holiday season WITHOUT feeling deprived

Because here’s the part no diet ever warns you about 👇
The more you restrict, the louder the food noise gets 📢🍪
The more rules you follow, the more your brain obsesses 🧠💭

You’re not binge eating because you’re broken ❌
You’re binge eating because you’ve been telling yourself no all day, every day 🚫🍩

When food is labeled “bad,” your brain treats it like it’s scarce And scarcity creates urgency ⏰Urgency creates that “once I start, I can’t stop” feeling 😩

So you stress about it all week, and think about food nonstop, only to “lose control” the second the rules lift — aka your cheat day

But when nothing is off-limits, there’s no rush 😌
✨ No panic ✨ No rebound eating

The binge-restrict cycle doesn’t end with more discipline, it ends when you stop making food something you have to earn ✨
This is what actually quiets food noise 🤍
