In 2024, the Las Cruces, New Mexico Public School System made a historic investment in public health by building FitLot Outdoor Fitness Parks for all 13 of their middle and high schools.

Las Cruces, NM now has more FitLot Outdoor Fitness Parks per capita then any other city in the US.

As an organization, we aspire for Las Cruces to serve as a model for communities across the country, demonstrating how to create equitable access to fitness spaces and programs for all.
