A few weeks ago I channeled a 23 day instagram posting plan and half way through it , I got scared to finish it. šŸ¤¦šŸ¼ā€ā™€ļø either because of fear of being judged, judging myself, and honestly lack of discipline of devotion.

This posting plans purpose wasn’t to sell or promote anything, it was simply to stay consistent with showing up in being God / Spirit led. But, of course, just like any other human - the ego got in the way .

So this is my commitment to follow through with the 23 day posting challenge and move forward from there.

I hope this re-inspires you to stay devoted to what it is spirit is guiding you to do to spread love and light. šŸ˜˜āœØšŸ’•

Momma Moment 🫧

Sponsored by 🤩

But seriously, I needed this. A couple of hours in the sun, dancing, vibing, and just being being in a higher vibrational frequency.

It’s wild how much can shift and change in just a year.

A year ago, I was on a beach in Mississippi, getting ready for my baby shower. Now, I’m planning my 10-month-old’s first birthday party. 🤯

Every parent who told me, ā€œSoak it in. It goes by fastā€ when Coral was first born - well, they were so right.

I won’t bore you with all the changes and shifts that have come with this journey, but I do want to share one of the biggest insights I’ve had since then:

You are not who you once were. And it’s okay to let go of the person you had to be in the past in order to become the person you want to be now.

We’ve all lived through different versions of ourselves, and so many of us feel like we have to hold on to those past versions because ā€œthat’s who we are.ā€ But the truth is, if who you were—or how you acted—no longer aligns with who you want to be, then those old traits need to go.

The most eye-opening revelation of all: sometimes we confuse our personality traits with who we truly are, when in reality, many of those traits are just trauma responses. When you start doing the inner work and deep healing, you realize that those traits were never really you at all. šŸ‘€

I’ve always had an interesting relationship to food.

And by interesting - quite the unhealthy relationship. And that relationship was also mirrored with the relationship I had with myself.

Eating massive amounts of sugar, too much food, not enough food, or food that simply was not good for my mind, body, or spirit.

Am I saying my relationship with food has been completely healed? No.

But, I will say that being a mom, giving birth naturally, and being a breastfeeding momma has completely changed the way I look at my relationship with food and myself. Because I’m not just nourishing myself anymore, I’m nourishing and feeding my baby.

Food of course is one of the number 1 ways you can nourish yourself; but it’s also a reflection of how you view and treat yourself.

Two amazing women that have completely changed the way I look at food are my two soul sisters - and .love.ayurveda .

They helped me shift from eating mindlessly to fill a void, being ungrateful for the food I have the privilege to eat, and eating sh’t that won’t actually nourish me from the inside out to praying over my food and thanking it and the people that blessed me with the opportunity to eat it and to actually feeding myself with foods based on my body type and season we are in.

If you’re looking to heal your relationship with food, know what to eat based on your body type, or simply be more intentional with what you eat - reach out to my girl .love.ayurveda she’ll help you feel radiant from the inside out!

In lieu of it being International Women’s Day yesterday, I wanted to take a moment to shed some light on a woman that is near and dear to my heart. A friend, soul sister, colleague, bussiness partner, and over all bad ass of a human/soul.

From the moment I met this girl, she has done nothing but accepted me and gave me an immense amount of love. You know that type of friend that continues to check in on you during the best and worst times of your life? But also continues to be your number one supporter and uplifter no matter how low and cranky you feel? That’s this woman right here!

She has taught me how to love, how to own my gifts, stand in my power, and speak my truth. She has shown me what true friendship and sisterhood looks like. She has taught me how to hug well but also how to actually receive a heart felt hug.

If you have not had the pleasure of meeting or being hugged by this wonderful woman, do yourself a favor - go take her class, one of her trainings, or attend one of her retreats. She is a powerful , wise, and beautiful badass woman beyond belief!

As the Chief Heart Opener (aka CEO) of , I feel so blessed to walk alongside her and be a part of growing a community and mission that radiates love.

Now, are we perfect? No. Do we snap, mess up, and not show our best selves sometimes ! Absolutely! But that’s what love is. Owning our sh7t , being able to have the hard conversations, take constructive criticism, and staying grounded through it. That’s love! Being willing to GROW is love. And this woman is ALWAYS willing to grow.

I definitely don’t say this enough , but , you are a gift! Keep showing up, shining your light, and continuing to love More. I love you so much!

Here’s to 3 more years and counting of friendship! 😘

Motherhood has a way of cracking you open.

It exposes the unhealed and suppressed parts of yourself - the parts you may have hidden for so long because they never felt safe.

But in my experience, motherhood forces you to love those parts of yourself, to hold space for them with love, compassion, and care. Because at the end of the day, how you treat those parts of you is how you’ll treat your children.

If you’re judging those weird parts of yourself, you’ll likely judge your kids’ quirks too.

And I don’t know about you, but I want my daughter to grow up knowing, believing, and feeling that she is SAFE to be her most authentic self.

That’s why starting with healing our inner child is so crucial.

That’s why holding space for every emotion that arises is so important.

That’s why taking time to feel and send love to ourselves is so essential.

Because when we love ourselves, we teach our kids (and the world) how to love too.

It all starts with you! šŸ’Œ
