Happy Birthday to Archie Manning, one of the true legends of New Orleans football.
Before the Saints became a winning franchise, Archie gave fans toughness, pride, and plenty of unforgettable moments in the black and gold. No. 8 will always be part of the foundation of this team’s history.
Happy Birthday, Archie Manning.

Happy birthday to Saints Hall of Famer and Super Bowl champion Carl Nicks.
One of the nastiest and most dominant guards to ever suit up in the Black and Gold, Nicks was a huge part of the Saints’ golden era and helped power New Orleans to a championship. When he was on the field, he brought toughness, attitude, and the kind of edge every great offensive line needs.
Join us in wishing Carl Nicks a happy birthday,

Happy birthday to the Honey Badger, Tyrann Mathieu.
Former Saint. LSU legend. Louisiana icon.
From winning the Bednarik Award and becoming one of the most electric defensive players college football has ever seen, to building a long NFL career off instincts, toughness, and pure playmaking ability, Tyrann Mathieu has always carried that Louisiana edge with him.
The Honey Badger will forever be one of the most recognizable football players this state has ever produced.
Happy birthday, Tyrann Mathieu.

The Saints are headed to France!
October 25, 2026. Stade de France. New Orleans Saints vs. Pittsburgh Steelers in the first-ever NFL regular-season game in France.
Black and gold vs. black and gold. A franchise with deep French roots getting the spotlight in Paris just feels right.

Alvin Kamara just made one thing pretty clear on Terron Armstead’s podcast:
He wants to be a Saint.
There’s been plenty of chatter this offseason about Kamara’s future with the team, his role, the direction of the offense, and what this team is building under Kellen Moore. But when you actually listen to Kamara talk, it doesn’t sound like a guy with one foot out the door.
It sounds like a guy who still wants to play in New Orleans.
⚜️ On Jordyn Tyson: “Super excited to get him in the building.”
⚜️ On David Edwards: “He’s nasty… he moves stuff.”
⚜️ On Travis Etienne: “I couldn’t be happier… ain’t nothing but some help in the backfield.”
⚜️ On sharing the workload: “Me and Mark set the bar high… I think we can get there.”
⚜️ On Kellen Moore: “The sky is the limit. I think he’s ready for it.”
Alvin isn't talking like someone ready to move on. He's talking like someone who is locked in.

The Saints are adding more help to the secondary with the signing of Martin Emerson Jr.
Emerson was the 68th overall pick in the 2022 NFL Draft and spent the last 3 seasons with Cleveland, where he became a two-year starter for the Browns. At his best, he brings good size, toughness, and real starting experience on the outside.
He’s also coming back from an Achilles injury, but the recovery is reportedly going well. If he gets back to form, this could end up being a really solid pickup for New Orleans.
Low-risk move.

Happy Birthday to Saints legend and Super Bowl champion Scott Fujita!
A key piece of that 2009 defense and forever part of the team that brought New Orleans its first Lombardi. Who Dat!

The 2026 Saints draft class is officially in.
Eight new faces. A whole lot of speed, size, and upside. Now it’s time to see who turns opportunity into a real role in New Orleans.

The Saints are going defense late, selecting Iowa CB TJ Hall at No. 219 in Round 7.
Hall plays with fast feet, good balance and the kind of aggressive run support that gives him a path to fight for a role at nickel and on special teams.
He is not a perfect prospect. Long speed is the question, and that is why he was still sitting here. But at this point in the draft, you are looking for traits that can translate to a roster battle.
Hall brings toughness, coverage urgency and a willingness to hit. That’ll play in camp.
