The best day of the year ( my fav day) is almost here… HALLOWEEN!
We’ve got a shorter week at The Den, so get your training in Monday through Thursday!

Wednesday is Kids Costume Night at 6 PM! Then ladies, we’re working guard passing at 7 PM. Come work on getting past those legs.

Please check this week’s schedule below—The Den is CLOSED Friday, October 30, through Sunday, November 1. No Friday Ladies Night or Saturday Rolls this week.
Kids will be NOGI all November. Nogi November!

Let’s get some good rounds in before the Halloween fun. See you on the mats!

We had another successful night at Parents Night aout this weekend.
This time we MAY have fed them a little too much halloween candy but YOLO!
Next one will be in December.
Thanks to the parents that trusted us with the kids. Sorry I missed getting everyone's photo this time.
