Last week was super light for attendance!
Not sure if you're all just laying around for the summer, but let's get our butts back in gear and get in and train this week!

Today we are back to normal classes.
10am HIIT, 11am BJJ, Stretches, 7pm Ladies BJJ
Tomorrow, it's 5 years since the first She Devil Jiu jitsu class and nearly one year since we opened our doors here. I hear Chloe may even make it back to the mats tonight. Hope to see you there! Happy Tuesday!

The Den is closed today (Monday) as we take a day to rest, reset, and catch up after an incredible week at Mind & Mat Camp and a busy weekend.
Regular classes resume tomorrow.
