She called me four months ago while I was on vacation, "she said I'm at your gym and I need help". I said " call me when i get back and join my classes. I promise if you listen to what to do nutrition wise and show up consistently, I got Results waiting for you". Sure enough she text when I got back, "don't forget about me".

Shoutout Gylles TiNash Mitchel professional soccer player for Dominica National Team.

Memember of D&D White 24-7 Gym. He loves the gym equipment and the environment.

He went home to the Dominica and made sure he got a Jersey for the gym, and Autographed it.

He has to keep his body fat low at 15% or gets fined when in season, through his league. He scans on our body fat scanner at the gym. Keeps him ready year round.

Discovering she has a Autoimmune condition (Hashimoto's thyroiditis) which causes weight gain.

She's been working. It's not about looks only she's feeling better, not as tired, it causes fatigue but regardless was always at the 5am class two days a week and Saturday 8am class.
