She is strong, determined, sweet, and looking pretty dang good, even after working up quite a sweat this morning. 🥵 We are so proud of you D!!!! 👏🤩🙌💪

Let's give it up for Delia in the comments for hitting this HUGE milestone!!!! 🥳💕🎉

She is always working hard to challenge herself and her improved form, posture, strength, and stamina speak for itself. We are so proud of your progress and consistency Carol! Jo started classes earlier this year, sticking with Pilates Mat at first to build foundational strength & technique, but recently "jumped" into our Strength/Cardio 🥵💪classes and is killing it! 🤩🔥 We are so proud of her consistency, and love to see how much stronger she gotten in these past 50 classes. Cheers to you for sticking with it & challenging yourself! Now on to the next 50! 🙌
