The things we accomplish in training if we can show it all is priceless. We can't because of contract and NFL rules.

The brain gets trained from poor form and faulty movements.

A big part of my training. Attention to detail, how you save a career, prevent injuries, and fix problems.

Transformation #1 Brittany Nicole 3 days a week Kettlebell, with great nutrition for different phases of her journey.

Trust the process. Started off wanting fatloss to drop stomach and cellulite in thighs. Needed fatloss Nutrition and workouts to speed up fatloss. Success.

Current goal to add size Back in thighs and butt to fill them back out with nutrition to build, tighten and tone.

Glad you asked. I'll show you its not traditional footwork its a different technique that uses fast twitch muscles, tendons differently than traditional footwork.

Different heights you have to get quicker and direction changes.

Transformation #2 Desmond Nichols.

My Man's started off with two days a week Kettlebell and the 24-7 gym.
He added a third day Kettlebell and the results speak for themselves, of course nutrition is key.

Hitting weights at the gym and Kettlebell circuit class like in the picture, is getting him tight and toned.

We can't cardio our way to a tight and toned body we have to build it with weight/resistance training. Join us.
