This creamy, wonderful smelling DIY 🌞Sunscreen is easy to make with a few simple ingredients and no fancy equipment. We promise it will leave your skin feeling nourished, hydrated 💧💧and proctected.

1️⃣ Combine
💜20 drops of lavender
💧1 TBS pomegranate oil
🥥3/4 cup of coconut oil
🥄2 TBS shea butter in a glass bowl🥣
2️⃣ Microwave gently until melted or place bowl over simmering water in a pot.
3️⃣ Add 2 tablespoons of powdered zinc oxide to the oils and whisk until emulsified.
4️⃣Store in a glass jar.

You do it every day, and it's messing with your life.
You're telling yourself the same bad stories day in and day out…
“It's too hard to get fit. It's too expensive to eat healthy. I've tried living a healthy life and I could never stick with it.”
Ask yourself, Is my story getting in the way of me reaching my goals and living the life I want to live?
Or am I comfortable with my story? Does my story make it easier to accept why I’m not living a healthy lifestyle?
Somewhere along the line you may have latched onto some fears and preconceptions and they may be holding you back.
Plus the truth is, rewriting your story could be daunting, unpredictable and it may require some work.
But you can change your story if you want. You are the author of the story.
Maybe Instead of, “it’s too expensive to eat healthy” it becomes, “it’s too expensive to be sick”. Doctor bills, prescriptions, and hospital stays add up and are way more expensive than organic produce. This new story is more likely to initiate positive change.
Think of all the successful people you admire. The ones that have had great achievements in their lifetime. They all have powerful stories. They would never have reached their goals with limiting stories, built on past obstacles, fears and doubt.
As the author of your story, write a great new one that breaks through any limiting beliefs and then go live it.

☀ ʜᴀᴘᴘʏ ꜱᴜᴍᴍᴇʀ ᴇᴠᴇʀʏᴏɴᴇ! ☀
Here’s a way to celebrate summer finally arriving. Turn up your heater put your sweat belt on and sweat!
This is a Low Intensity Interval Workout. Perform each exercise for 1 minute and take a 20 second break in between. Try 1 or 2 rounds. Each letter spelling out “Summer time fun” represents an exercise. Enjoy!
S - Perform 2 squats and 2 side bends R/ L while driving 1 DB up as a shoulder press.
U - Stand in fighters stance, Left foot forward with hands in your guard. Perform upper cuts alternating R/L as singles, doubles or even 4 reps on each side. Use your entire body.
M - Mountain climbers - self explanatory
M - Military press - press 2 DB up above your head. Work heavy!
E - Kneel on all 4’s extend R leg behind you, bend it and drive it to your R elbow in hydrant style then continue by kicking your leg back behind you. Do not rest do not drop your knee. Repeat 1 minute for each leg.
R - Step back into a lunge while you hold DB at waist level. Twist DB over the leg that's driving back. Then pick up that knee and twist DB over knee. Repeat 1 minute for each leg.
T - Perform tricep dips on a bench, chair or the floor.
I - Stand with feet hip width apart place your hands on your hips and draw in your abs as firmly as possible. Hold for 8-20 seconds then fully release and repeat.
M - Lie on your side with knees bent. Stack your feet on each other and open up you knees. Lift both legs off the floor keeping your knees open and driving your top knee towards your ear. Repeat on each side for 1 minute
E - Holding 2 DB’s in a bicep curl position slowly lower them using 4 counts and squatting simultaneously. Once at the bottom of the squat explode up and curl DB’s .
F - Lying on the floor perform Chest Flyes
U - Perform Upright rows while standing in split squat position. Perform the squat and row simultaneously.
N - Repeater (k)nee. Drive your knee up while pressing your hands down towards your knee. Repeat 1 minute per leg.

Today my functional doctor showed me the results of my stool test. my Dysbiosis was off the chart. How could this be? I asked her why. She started to list probable causes, NSAIDs , proton pump inhibitors, exposure of toxins, lack of sleep too much stress. I replied nope, nope and nope. She said you know you’ve been exercising hard as a trainer for practically your whole life. Your body and your mind is used to it but exercise is stressful for your body. What? No way it can’t be that. Today I woke up and I see things differently. While exercise is important and necessary, excessive exercise is not. Can you believe I make a living do this and I’m telling you to take it easy with it? For me It’s the day in and day out of teaching classes, lifting weights with clients and preparing workouts and choreography. So today to skip some exercise sessions. The ones I do on my own of course, and spend that time taking care of my body. For example, Preparing the right foods, relaxing , taking some downtime and doing somethings to recover. Time well spent to balance out the time where I’m pushing my body past its limits . It was easy to come to this realization when I turned on the .asprey .a sorry podcast and he was interviewing Laila Ali and this was the exact topic they were discussing . Great timing!
