Sometimes a “Win” is withstanding the battle and learning. That’s what we did this race event! We flipped, killed a wing (that’s #4 of the season) an axle and a radius rod and we just struggled after that. We FINALLY found the line during hot laps of finale night, as our driver struggled with that. But once he found it, he was good!
Overall we have to wait until points shake out, but it looks like we got a top 10 (out of 80 participants!) in the KKM Giveback Challenge Series which is one of the premier series in the United States, and we missed a couple of events, so we will take it!
Heading back to florida today with some positives and some lessons learned.
A HUGE congratulations to my buddy and trailer mate this weekend, RTR-Ryker Toops Racing on his phenomenal wins this weekend in the prelim night #1 and the Finale night, nosing out Brexton Busch by .02!
