The Orange County Flag Football League is an Adult Recreation Flag Football League for Men from the ages of 18-50.
Orange County Flag Football League offers 2 types of playing styles over a length of three seasons. Our Winter Season is 5 Man Indoor No Contact League and it starts January 4, 2014 and goes to March 22, 2014. Our Spring Season will offer our traditional 7 Man Eligible Contact League at Mt. Airy Sports Complex in New Windsor "Under the Lights" on Saturday Nights. We will also be offering a 5 Man

This past Saturday Night we crowned our 36th League Champion when LEGIT finished off the PERFECT SEASON beating OCJ’s Finest 31-18.
Lazarus Perez was the Game’s Most Valuable Player having 2 INT’s on defense including a PICK SIX and one receiving TD on offense.
