Will be taking down name for people who is interested in getthing they work out on.
Classes pay as you go.

I have decided to bring something new to the Far Rockaway Community by starting a Circuit Training Class at Beyond The Belt Martial Arts Academy for adults with ache & pain who wants a full body workout that offers cardio and weight resistance to target all major muscle groups, giving you the perfect full body workout which is a faster and easy way to workout in just a short time.

Today and Thursday last two class for the year starting back on the January 2 so come out tonight and get your work out on circuit style with some nice soca music 🎶 class are only $15 dollars hope to see you there.
