The beginning of the outdoor training season has been difficult to say the least. Training and balancing work and life is always difficult. After a long indoor season I am reloading with volume and form. Building takes time at the moment I have the time to focus on the parts of my race that need to be better.
Training to be a sprinter isn’t just about speed—it’s about overcoming struggles and pushing past limits. Every setback is a setup for a comeback. Embrace the challenges, conquer the doubts, and sprint towards your goals with relentless determination.
