I know it may sound ridiculous but nothing good comes from a place of hate in the long term… I’ve seen many women struggling with their bodies in my coaching career. Extreme workouts, starvation diets, pushing harder and harder without achieving desired results anyway. Hate toward our bodies leads us to all of these extreme methods that just don’t work. Constant self-blame, lack of confidence, disappointment… I GET IT. But you won’t achieve any good outcome if you’re doing the same thing over and over again. The main question I recommend is… WHAT CAN I DO TO HELP MY BODY THRIVE?
