Before I started this journey, I was constantly hiding under oversized clothes and fake smiles. I hated mirrors, avoided social events, and felt embarrassed every time someone took a picture of me. I’m only doing cardio so I can eat crumbl cookies on the weekend without my jeans staging a violent protest. My trainer thinks I’m dedicated to the fitness lifestyle, but I’m actually just dedicated to carbs. It’s called balance, look it up.
