Happy birthday to Tamayose Sensei! 77 years today.

I’ve been dealing with an injury lately that’s kept me off the mat.
It’s tough…and it happens if you train all the time, and live an active lifestyle.

To KNOW that I have someone I can trust, who values the students and the Dojo as much as I do matters. Someone who’s consistent and is always reliable is more than just a blessing.

Sensei Rondy is more than qualified…but for me, most of all he’s my family. Find a Rondy in your life.

A good day with the best people.

Do what you love, and surround yourself with good, decent, loving people with integrity. That’s the secret to a happy life.

I’m blessed more than I’d ever imagine.
