Some post last “long” run of the taper (from last weekend) rambles turned into pre race morning thoughts and love! So much of this wouldn’t be possible without all of the absolute love and support I’ve gotten along the way! From the friends who came on anyyy kind of run with me, the ones seeing me on the sidewalk and cheering on a random weekday knowing what I was running for, the coaches who pushed and motivated me to just keep going, my clients (they don’t get any better), friends checking in and motivating, the worlds greatest “coworkers”..family who you would have thought were running right with me, my own FAMILY who have been there every step of the way long distance (and at home this summer), and especially my parents who had their own marathon to get to NYC to see me do this thing. I seriously could not have gotten here without you allll!
Thank you isn’t enough but I don’t have enough words to do more than that.

What’s up, BA Team! It’s been a while since I’ve shared anything on socials from a year filled with a whole lot of growth just by word of mouth (that I’m incredibly thankful for), but there’s a lot of really fun and exciting things in the works that I want everyone to hear about and be involved in soooo, it’s time to get back to sharing here!

How I feel about finallyyyy having sunshine in the forecast for our
☀️Central Park Class☀️ tomorrow (Sun 5/20)!!
Join me in the park at 10:30am for an hour Power Box to enjoy the sunshine and get some blood and sweat flowing! I’ll send the exact location for class upon booking, but in general it is a little more on the east side of the park, just outside of Sheeps Meadow (by the volleyball courts before The Mall).
*if it rains as much as it’s supposed to today, we may move out of the grassy area dependent on mud and dampness, but I’ll keep you all posted on that

Had so much fun with the team at their Wellness Week closing event a couple weeks ago!
We went through a full stretch and flow class to start our Fridays in the fresh air and feeling refreshed! I think it’s safe to say they all felt more open and relaxed than they had in a while😅.
One of my favorite parts of what I do is meeting new people and leaving them feeling better than when we met. There’s nothing better than that!

Jump start your summer feeling strong!
Go through four weeks of 4 on demand workouts a week to get you moving and feeling refreshed and energized to start the summer!
Soar is designed to increase your strength in functional movements to enhance day to day life while having fun and feeling good along the way!
You’ll receive 16 pre recorded workouts with a guided calendar to follow with when to do each workout (rest days included), but for what fits your own personal schedule. Each workout ranges from 10-30min using weight, bodyweight, and short loop resistance bands, with modifications and enhancements along the way!
Along with the workouts, receive a full challenge tracker to track progress and accountability along the way, while having access to me the entire time!

All classes are Powerbox format from 10:30-11:30am!
If you’ve never taken a Powerbox class before, it’s a full 60 min including a HIIT warm up, shadowboxing rounds with strength/conditioning and Pilates/barre inspired exercises in between each round, and a full stretch and cool down to take us through the end. It’s the perfect class to change up your routine and feel muscles you didn’t know you had while having so much fun!
All you need for class is yourself, a yoga mat or towel to lay on, and lots of water (hand weights are optional). Drop any other questions you have below for me or feel free to shoot me a message!
