NYC yogis gathered tonight in solidarity for Carmel G*t at New York Yoga in Manhattan.

On what otherwise should have been a quiet Saturday morning on Oct 7, Carmel G*t (an occupational therapist/Yogi) was visiting her family on Kibbutz Be'eri when she was abducted by Hamas and taken to Gaza where she has been held for over 220+ days.

Carmel turned 40 in captivity on May 16. We gathered tonight to do 40 Sun Salutations and to send her our ❤️ and positive energy from NYC.
