I often speak about the mind-body connection and how fascia plays a role in both. I see it in my clients, and I feel it in myself. When the body resists or holds tension, it’s often because something deeper, emotional or mental, needs attention. The body and mind are constantly communicating.

Looking at this image, I’m reminded that healing is like a bridge, a connection between two sides that may feel separate at times. The body and the mind, just like these paths, are always linked. When we support one, we create flow in the other. And sometimes, we need guidance to help us cross that bridge.

Self-care isn’t just something I teach, it’s something I must continually choose for myself.

As someone who helps others reconnect with their bodies and support their healing, it’s important for me to remember that I also need support beyond my own practice. Finding the right person to guide and hold space for my own healing journey has been essential.

Through deep and meaningful NLP work, I’ve experienced profound shifts. Yes, I lost 18 pounds, but more importantly, my body feels and looks different, not just on the outside, but from within. This process, alongside my Fascial Pilates practice, has supported my healing in ways I didn’t expect. I’ve been able to come off painkillers I once relied on monthly for severe menstrual pain, and I now navigate chronic aches with much more ease.

This work has strengthened my center mentally and emotionally. It helped me release limiting beliefs, build confidence, and grow as a person.

My self-care today includes this powerful NLP work, my fascial practice, and dance, all connecting the dots in a way that feels aligned and whole.

Grateful for the support, guidance, and transformation this journey continues to bring.

If you’re curious about this kind of work, I truly encourage you to explore it, and I wholeheartedly recommend working with . Her approach is deep, compassionate, and truly life-changing.

And if you’re interested in Fascial Pilates, I’m here for you 🤍

What if moving better wasn’t just about strengthening muscles?

The body also relies on fascia, the connective tissue network that links everything together. When we include fascial work in movement practice, it can help unlock new mobility, release long held tension patterns, and create more fluid, resilient movement.

Over the past year my work has been evolving in a direction that feels really exciting to me.

While Pilates is still at the core of what I teach, I’ve been integrating more fascial informed movement into my sessions. This exploration has led to the development of my Fascial Pilates sessions.

I’ve updated my website to reflect this work and share more about my approach.

This is why I love what I’m doing and why I believe so deeply in Fascial Pilates.

When we stop forcing and start listening, reconnection happens.
Through breath, direction, and precise movement, the body begins to realign itself.

The effects don’t end with the session, they continue unfolding in the days that follow and build an awareness that lasts for life ✨

Grateful for the trust, and for witnessing these meaningful shifts.🙏🏻💫

For over two decades, my work in Pilates and dance has been about helping people reconnect with their bodies. Yet something deeper was always quietly at play, an invisible thread shaping how movement feels, flows, and affects us.

That deeper layer was fascia.

It was there all along, and now it takes center stage. Years of teaching, listening, and learning from many different bodies and people, each with their own stories and needs, led me here.
This is how my Fascial Pilates practice was born.

I invite you to explore this journey with me.

A month later, still grateful for this afternoon spent watching a beautiful dance performance with my son, such great quality time together right after my birthday 🤍✨

Trees grow tall when their roots grow wide. 🌳
The same is true for our bodies
our feet are our roots. 👣
The feet contain dense fascia, including the plantar fascia at the bottom.
It has a very high number of nerve endings and sensory receptors, even more than muscle, sending constant feedback about position, pressure, and movement.
This sensory feedback is called proprioception, it helps your body sense itself and organize balance, posture, and movement.
When your feet collapse or become rigid, the body shifts tension upward: into the knees, hips, and spine, often causing strain, discomfort, or pain.
This fast rolling practice:
• Awakens the plantar fascia and surrounding tissues
• Stimulates nerve endings and sensory receptors
• Improves proprioception
• Encourages feet to widen and adapt
• Supports alignment from the ground up
Strong roots = a supported body.
Support your foundation, and the rest follows. 🌿✨

There is so much we can learn from trees. 🌳

Today, in the Jewish tradition, we celebrate Tu Bi’Shvat, the birthday of the trees. It marks rebirth in nature, the beginning of a new cycle, and reminds us how deeply connected we are to the natural world,
and how much wisdom it holds for us.

This past summer, while hiking with my family on the beautiful trails of the Smoky Mountains, I found myself really observing the trees around me. One thing that struck me most was the wide network of roots spread across the paths.

In order for a tree to grow tall and strong, its roots don’t just grow deep, they grow wide and far. If these magnificent trees only sent their roots straight down, they wouldn’t be able to flourish in the same way. Instead, they spread outward in every direction they need to find stability. Despite rocks or obstacles in their way, they keep expanding.

The farther and wider the roots grow, the taller the tree becomes and the fuller its crown. The tree doesn’t apologize for the space it takes. It doesn’t shrink itself down. It takes exactly the room it needs to grow.

That’s how we should treat ourselves.

So often, we stand and walk with shrunken feet and curled toes, without the wide, stable base we need to support ourselves. This creates a chain reaction: collapsed posture, poor alignment, unnecessary pressure, compensations, and even injuries.

To stand tall and truly heal, we must start from the bottom. We need to reorganize and realign from the feet up.

Our feet are our foundation. They literally carry us through life, yet they’re often the most neglected part of the body. That’s why I begin every Fascial Pilates session by giving attention to the feet. And as I promised, I’ll be sharing a video soon with simple ways to show your feet some love, stay tuned…💚

In the meantime, with every step you take and every time you stand up:
spread your toes, widen your feet, stand tall, and show up proudly, taking the space you deserve in this world.

As we welcome 2026, I’m choosing to open new windows of connection: between old and new, inside and out, body and mind.

I love working with the fascial system because it continually reminds me that connection shows up in the most unexpected ways: in our bodies, in our stories, and in the people around us.

This year, I’m bringing my passion for helping people reconnect with themselves through movement, especially through the incredible fascial system. What I’ve learned is that true connection thrives when we approach it with compassion, curiosity, kindness, and patience with our bodies and our progress.

Here’s my invitation to you: connect with passion and compassion, and open your own beautiful windows to experience it all.

If you’re curious about beginning your Fascial Pilates journey and supporting your wellbeing from the inside out, I’d love to share more. Reach out for details!

Wishing you a healthy, grounded, and joyful New Year!✨
