2. DB Step Up x 40 second
3. Bike Spring Level 6 Incline x 30 second
3 rounds:
1. Single Leg Deadlift + Row x 30 second
2. Reverse Lunge Single Arm Press x 30 second
3. Bike Sprint Level 7 x 20 second
3 rounds:
1. Clean to Overhead Press x 20 second
2. Single Arm Kettlebell Swing x 10 second each arm
