Are you actively trying to makes a change and balance your body, yet you feel stuck? ๐ค

This was me, and in mid March I chose to make a change. I have just completed the second week of my second 28 Day Challenge and Iโve released 12 pounds and 16 1/2 inches to date. I feel better, more energized, and stronger!

Healthy snacks are very important to fuel your body with nutrient-rich foods!
- Fresh fruits and veggies: apples, bananas, carrots, and cucumbers are great options. ๐๐
- Nuts and seeds: almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds provide healthy fats and protein. ๐ฐ๐ฅ
- Hummus and veggies: try dipping bell peppers, celery, or cherry tomatoes in hummus for a filling and satisfying snack. ๐ฅ๐ซ
- Greek yogurt: a high protein and low sugar option that can be topped with berries or nuts. ๐ฅ
- Hard boiled eggs: a quick and easy source of protein.
Remember, the key to a successful healthy diet is to choose snacks that are high in protein and fiber before that to keep you feeling satisfied and energized. Happy snacking! ๐ฅ
