The defeat the Dream 83-71 and achieve their first win in the 2026 WNBA Commissioner’s Cup presented by 👏

Kelsey Mitchell: 25 PTS | 3 3PM | 2 AST | 2 STL
Aliyah Boston: 19 PTS | 7 REB | 3 BLKS | 3 3PM | 2 AST
Caitlin Clark: 17 PTS | 8 AST | 7 REB | 2 3PM
The Indiana Fever just took care of business at Gainbridge Fieldhouse, walking away with an 83-71 win over the Atlanta Dream! 🔥

Honestly, the difference-maker tonight was pure efficiency. Indiana was locked in, shooting 48% from the floor and a blazing 44% from downtown. When you’re hitting shots like that, you’re tough to beat.
A few massive takeaways from this one:
#KelseyMitchell was UNSTOPPABLE. 25 points on 11-of-15 shooting? That is absolutely clinical.
#AliyahBoston stretching the floor? Seeing AB drop 19 points and go 3-for-4 from three-point land is dangerous for the rest of the league.
#CaitlinClark doing a bit of everything. 17 PTS, 7 REB, and 8 AST—flirted heavily with that double-double and kept the offense flowing.
#AngelReese holds it down down low. Another double-double for her (11 PTS, 10 REB), battling hard on the glass despite a tough shooting night for the Dream overall (34% as a team).
The Fever bench also brought some great energy tonight, while Atlanta just couldn't buy a bucket when they needed to close the gap.

The can move into a tie for first in the western conference with a win tonight against the Lynx . Who will carry their team to victory?

🚨 MASSIVE one in Atlanta tonight. 🚨
The Indiana Fever come into this matchup sitting at 4-4 and near the bottom of the Eastern Conference standings, while the Atlanta Dream are 6-2, sitting on top of the East and holding the second-best record in the WNBA.
But that's not the only thing on the line.
If the Valkyries can take down the Lynx tonight and Atlanta handles business at home against Indiana, the Dream could find themselves in a tie for the best record in the entire league.
Atlanta has been one of the most complete teams in the W this season. They've defended, they've shared the ball, and they've won games against quality opponents. Indiana still has star power, but consistency has been a problem through the first eight games.
Of course, any time Caitlin Clark is on the floor, all eyes are watching. The officiating around Fever games has become one of the hottest topics in the league, with many fans questioning the consistency of calls compared to what players like Angel Reese and others are receiving.
Tonight, though, the standings don't care about narratives.
The Dream have a chance to strengthen their grip on the East.
The Fever have a chance to prove they're better than their record.
🔥 Biggest question: Does Atlanta protect home court and move closer to the league's top spot, or does Indiana walk into Atlanta and steal a statement win?
