For your kettlebell buying questions…
We’ve been receiving a lot of questions about where to begin when purchasing or using kettlebells for the first time.
There isn’t a right answer for all beginners. Everyone starts with a different base.
If you’re new to bells and weight training in general, we recommend starting on the conservative side, especially since it takes time and practice to build the strength needed to hold a bell in the rack position on your forearm/wrist.
x1-2 light bells for upper body work and x1 heavy bell for lower body work will create a solid base.

How to follow a Bells Up TV program…
We’re got you covered (for over a year) with digital fitness classes that follow a progressing plan. The difference between Bells Up TV and a typical digital fitness class app is that we plan classes like trainers and leaders. You don’t have to decide what comes next.
Start with the level that fits you best and move down the line as you complete programs (every 10-12 weeks). You can start anywhere, but try to go in order from where you start.
