Another half marathon in the books - NYC was so alive!

Shaved a few minutes off my October time & hit my goal of a sub 10 min pace.

Final long run of this training cycle in the books βœ”οΈ

Tried something different this training cycle & incorporated all my speed work into my long runs.

Half marathons are just another long run, so why not train for just that?!

Sped up around mile 6 and had a strong finish. I plan to do the same thing at the NYC half next Sunday!

Officially started training for the NYC Half Marathon this morning!!!!

My plan is 3 runs per week - easy, tempo and long.

Mohawk Hudson Half Marathon this morning with *almost* perfectly negative splits πŸƒπŸ»β€β™€οΈ

Crazy enough I ended with the exact same pace/time as my very first half marathon in 2017

Still a ways to go to getting a PR but super happy with where I am in my running journey after two babies in two years 😹

Finished September strong with 75.89 miles πŸƒπŸ»β€β™€οΈ

I knew my mileage would be up there this month - but I didn’t expect it to be this high. It’s amazing what can be accomplished with just three runs per week.

Heading into my last week of half marathon training & can’t wait for race day.
