She completed her business degree at Tulane University, A.B. From a very young age, Dani worked at a Spa in New Orleans; where she got her first taste of using essential oils, reiki, and yoga. Urban Zen Integrative Therapist 911 setup...yes we ALL get stressed and can act a little crazy or emotional...so keep a sacred space, pick your favorite restorative setup (supta baddha konasana or reclined cobblers pose) with bolster, blocks, blankets, sandbags, and eye pillows...fill your diffuser with lavender oil...turn on a quiet mantra, place your reiki hands on yourself, and “inhale, exhale, pause,” and repeat.
