Listen, someone help it make sense to me how it’s the economy’s fault you don’t stop watching tv and start learning a new skill?

The impatience for others, self-righteousness, lack of grace, self-importance, ego-centric, self-excusing, victim-playing, he said she said, they did it first, and life isn’t fair mentality…hey adults, those are children behaviors. Grow up.

If you spent as much time making yourself better as you did tearing others down, the entire world would benefit.

And before the pigeons start chirping, I talk my s**t when I have accomplished something or am presenting data…not what I’m “gonna do some day maybe” — understand the difference (because apparently most do not)

If you were drowning and your arm was stuck holding you under water, what would you do?

Sometimes survival requires the courage to say: cut it off.

The arm. The relationship. The identity. The dream. The need for approval. The version of yourself you thought you had to remain.

You don’t sacrifice the whole person in fear of harming a piece of you that you’re used to having. Sometimes you let a little piece of yourself go—so the rest of you gets to live.

🚨 Re-Brand Update Alert 🚨

As some of you know, many of you don’t, I started a food truck in 2019 that owned for 6 and 1/2 years. I ran it over the summers here in Buffalo as I was pursuing my Masters in Special Education and started Coaching Football. We even hit the Top 5 Food Trucks in WNY list back in 2022, according to Buffalo’s Biz First Journal.

While the teaching funds got cut, I have shifted back into a life of sales doing medical device sales in the sports medicine industry. However, I can’t give up coaching. It is too important and means too much to the community, our future, and it means too much to me. It’s much bigger than football.

I have had such a unique life with so many interesting challenges and obstacles that if I can help use my communication and people skills to share these things with others and lift others up instead of make people feel unworthy…it’s worth it. We can’t all have it together all the time, we’re human! (But that’s also not a green light to quit!!!)

Well come with me my little misfits. Let’s be positive, kind, strong, resilient, misunderstood, and build our community with togetherness, not division.
