Itโ€™s been almost a year since Iโ€™ve been in a gym.
- l can point out everything wrong here ๐Ÿ˜‘ from my form, to the balance of the bar being off, etc.
- last year around this time l could do this with 100-110lbs, however l KNEW better than to start there. Decided to start with 60-70lbs bar here and as you can see ... with good reason.
-Some of youโ€™ll maybe saying that light weight lol ๐Ÿ˜‚ l get it.
Iโ€™m 4โ€™11 140lbs though, Iโ€™ll get back up to that 110 and higher.
-Anyway the point of sharing all of that is to say....
