Unfortunately less hiking than we both expected because of the snow, but such an amazing week regardless. The beautiful white overlay made the post snow storm views incredible and our shorter available hikes more challenging. Absolutely stunning park no matter what you are doing 🙈

Can’t believe Yosemite is just a drive away 😍 happy to be fully dry and back with doggies today tho 😉

I keep relearning the importance of sitting quietly. We have access to unprecedented stimuli at all times. Stillness is a state of being uninfluenced by the fluctuations of the mind. It’s where all the noise stills and the divine shines through.

Ive lost the practice of sitting regularly the last few months. It’s so easy to distract myself with my phone, people, television. But, once I start, I realize the richness of this moment is enough. I am able to truly open up to all aspects of my inner experience without the mind’s judgements. “Beyond polarities, I am”
