Join Licensed Acupuncturist Jessica Liu of and Usui Holy Fire Reiki Master Jennifer Ihne .yogi for an amazing experience combining acupuncture and reiki to create harmony and healing within your female body. This workshop will promote the body’s natural healing abilities, restore equilibrium and enhance feminine vitality at every stage of life.

Jessica will use acupuncture points associated with balancing the female body by regulating the flow of energy and blood, harmonizing hormones, and supporting overall reproductive and emotional well-being. By stimulating specific meridian points, acupuncture helps to regulate menstrual cycles, enhance fertility, support menopausal transition and reduce stress and anxiety.

Jennifer will take you on a Reiki infused guided meditation to allow you to step into your divine feminine. The meditation will activate your sacral chakra to connect more deeply to your femininity. She will also provide one on one Reiki to each participant.

By joining acupuncture with the healing energies of Reiki, this special and unique treatment combination creates a powerful experience. Reiki and acupuncture together serve as an exploration into the subconscious mind and the energetic body, while the physical body receives the healing powers of acupuncture.

Let’s manifest for 2025! What is calling to you in the new year? Put it all in motion and set your intentions creating a vision board. Vision boarding is a powerful tool to manifest your hearts deepest, longings, your visions, your dreams. It’s a visual representation of how you envision your best life, using a collage of pictures, images, and affirmations that represent your dreams, goals and desires.

Class will begin with a Reiki infuse guided meditation to call in the Reiki energy and guide you toward your goals. From there, you will create a vision board guided by Reiki energy. Lead by Usui Holy Fire Reiki Master Teacher, Jennifer Ihne .yogi. $50 per person, includes all materials needed to create a vision board, but feel free to bring your own materials too.
