Athlete Spotlight: Melody

This Nationals appearance means a little more.

Earlier this year, Melody fractured BOTH feet.

For most athletes, that would have been enough to end the season.

Instead, she stayed patient, trusted the process, and did everything she could to keep moving forward.

Now just a few months later, she's preparing to compete at Nationals for the very first time.

That's what impresses me most.

Not the lifts.

Not the medals.

The resilience.

The ability to keep showing up when things don't go according to plan.

We're incredibly proud of how far she's come and excited to watch her step onto the national stage next week.

Athlete Spotlight: Sue

At 77 years old, Sue continues to inspire everyone who walks through our doors.

Last month she went 6 for 6 at the Freehold Spring Lift Off, totaling 65kg.

A week later she flew to El Salvador to compete at Masters Pan Ams, where she finished 4 for 6 and totaled 61kg against some of the best Masters athletes in the world.

Most people her age are looking for reasons not to train.

Sue is looking for ways to get better.

She works harder than almost anyone in the gym, shows up consistently, and proves every day that strength has no expiration date.

We love supporting our Masters athletes and watching them accomplish incredible things.

We're proud of you, Sue. And we're excited to see what's next.
