Two years ago I was extremely broke and living in an underprivileged neighborhood 🏠 Growing up I would’ve never imagined becoming as triumphant as I am today🔥

I didn’t have parents that were well off, I barely finished high school. In the background of this video you can see the boarded home where I grew up since I was a child…

Thriving to start my own business... But at the time every lender would reject me.

So I cold called, did door door sales, even attended networking events and none of it worked for me. I was told by everyone that I will never make it in life.

That’s why I made it one of my missions to prove them all wrong…

I started to do my own research. I’ve read dozens of books and watched endless hours of videos…

I didn't understand why the advice that was given to me in all of the books and all of the
videos didn't work for me.

My girlfriend at the time…left me because I couldn't even afford to take her out to dinner and worked 16 hours a day, stressed out beyond belief with a pay grade lower than a 14 year old on his first day working in a restaurant.

I tried everything to get my business running and none of it worked. Then one day I asked myself a life changing question…

"Instead of begging property owners for 5 minutes of their time and going to them directly, what if there was a way to make them come to me instead and land their properties for free?”

I went back to the drawing board and stayed up countless nights on end figuring out ways and strategies where I could completely flip the model and make property owners come to me instead.

Then one day I figured it out!

I went to work applying this new method for attracting property owners and it worked like magic. 1st Property Owner, 2nd Property Owner, 3rd Property Owner and then it was a snowball effect and the property owners list just kept growing.

To a point where I couldn’t possibly handle the amounts of property owners I was converting,

I moved out of my parents house in New Jersey and moved to into my penthouse in
New York. I’m from an immigrant family who migrated to this country with nothing to their name... To me this was a complete dream!

Everyone started noticing my results and talking about my story and before long I had individuals asking me to teach them how to spiel to property owners and increase conversion rates.

At first I refused because I honestly didn't believe that anybody else could do what I was
doing. I thought I was unique and that nobody else would be able to make it work. But this one guy Nick just wouldn't give up and he was consistent as hell!

He would email me 2-3 times per day telling me he wanted to learn my methods and that he was even willing to compensate me for my time and knowledge.

After a few weeks of non-stop messages I gave in and decided to try teaching my methods to Nick. I didn't even think it would work for him but he begged me to do it…

We jumped on phone calls twice a week and I taught him my process from start to finish.
Within 48 hours I couldn't believe it…

Nick landed his first property owner. I almost fell off my chair! Nick went from knowing nothing about business or how to spiel property owners and within 48 hours he landed his first property owner.

I wondered if this could be replicated again so I accepted five more people and showed them
how to do it and then bam - they started converting property owners as well!

Then I started working with more people, the groups grew from 10 to 20 to 30 and I kept teaching them my same methods and they kept getting results.

Let’s Fast Forward to this current day and I now have hundreds of students generating mind blowing results for themselves from my advice and training.

It's honestly hard to believe how this happened so fast. I went from being discouraged and struggling

working 7 days a week 10-16 hours a day, to living in a penthouse in New York City and changing my livelihood tremendously. Add to that the fact that I've created 40 moguls and hundreds into successful students at the same time.

So what is it about my methods that are so damn good?

How have I created prosperity for myself and my students in such a short time?
Well it all comes down to relentless focus on 3 Key things…

We live in an add world where there is too much information and too many distractions. While others have tried to do it all - I have tried to do less.

In the modern world it's more about what you ignore rather than what you do.
