Not the best pistol squat but Iβm thrilled to be able to do this for the first time since my hip surgery over a year ago! I focused on unilateral leg exercises to gain strength and balance! πͺπ» RFESS and SLDL.

My fitness journey started shortly after having kids. I started running as a way to stay fit. I loved racing and ran 11 half marathons, 2 full marathons and a bunch of races in between.
After several injuries, I decided long distance running was not for me anymore so I turned to strength training as a way to get stronger and stay injury free. πͺπ» My fitness focus became a lifestyle so I decided to change gears from my corporate job to become a fitness coach so that I can help others achieve their own fitness goals. Itβs never too late to do what makes you happy!
