Love a Upavistha Konasana moment ♥️

Upavistha Konasana (Seated Wide-Legged Forward Fold) is more than just a stretch—it’s an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and soften into the present moment.

Physical Benefits:
This pose deeply opens the inner thighs, hamstrings, and lower back. It strengthens the spine and encourages flexibility in the hips—areas where we often hold tension and stress. Practicing Upavistha Konasana regularly can improve posture, support digestion, and create more space in both body and breath.

Spiritual Meaning:
Energetically, this pose is connected to the sacral and root chakras—centers of creativity, grounding, and emotional flow.
