n a world that constantly pulls us outside of ourselves, esoteric movement practices invite us back home to the body. Through breath, ritual, mindful movement, energy, and intention, we create space to heal, release, awaken, and reconnect. These practices are more than exercise — they are pathways to presence, self-study, creativity, and transformation. When we move with awareness, we begin to remember that the body holds wisdom, the breath holds power, and movement itself can become medicine.

🎵Enjoy your lunch with us on Borough Hall's St. George Plaza weekdays through June, featuring the talents of our high school and intermediate school bands.

Music On The St. George Plaza will take place from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the following dates, weather-permitting:
