Coaching the adult parent teams at Asphalt Green (AG) 2024 was an incredible experience. Both groups showed passion, teamwork, and a true love for the beautiful game ⚽️. I’m proud to share that our men’s team won the championship 🏆, and our women’s team earned a strong 3rd place finish 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 Couldn’t be more proud of the effort, energy, heart and growth from everyone involved💯💯💯🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽⚽️⚽️⚽️

Here’s 3 exercises using the TRX. I personally recommend using TRX if you want to build your body weight strength up💪🏽💪🏽 It may look easy but trust me, doing the TRX Pike was NOT easy at all😫😁 Let’s get it 💪🏽💪🏽🏋🏽‍♀️

BENCH PRESS 💪🏽🏋🏽‍♀️

Bench pressing is a compound exercise that strengthens the upper body, increases muscle mass and improves bone density. It also helps with weight management, your mood and your posture….

Muscles worked

1️⃣Pectoralis major: The large muscle in the chest that’s engaged during the bench press

2️⃣Triceps brachii: Helps extend the elbow during the lockout phase of the bench press

3️⃣Anterior deltoid: Located in the shoulder, this muscle helps move the arms forward

4️⃣Serratus anterior: Located on the sides of the chest, this muscle stabilizes the shoulder blades during the lockout phase

5️⃣Biceps: Helps stabilize the bar, but they’re not the main muscles used for the heavy lifting
