Performance Camp Week at Moves & Motions was all about learning, performing, building confidence, and having fun. One of the highlights was getting to perform at a Long Island Ducks game! ⚾️✨

We love giving our dancers experiences that go beyond the studio and create memories they’ll carry with them long after camp is over.🧡

Season 40 is officially rolling in 💗

Forty years of training, friendships, laughter, hard work and memories made inside these walls. And somehow, moments like this still say it best.

Here’s to everything that brought us here, and everything still ahead.

Kicking off Season 40 feels extra special. For these girls, it’s their last first day of dance at Moves & Motions, and the beginning of a senior year filled with so many moments still waiting to happen.

There’s something beautiful about watching dancers grow up within these walls. From their first classes and first performances to becoming the dancers and role models our younger students look up to today.

And that’s what makes a new season so exciting. Every dancer walking through our doors is at a different place in her journey. Some are just beginning, some are finding their confidence, and some are stepping into a year they’ll remember forever.

Here’s to the friendships, the growth, the performances, the laughter, and all the memories still to be made.

As we begin our 40th season , Moves & Motions has had the privilege of helping children in our community discover so much more than dance.

We specialize in children’s programming, with exceptional teachers who bring creativity, energy and genuine care into every class. Our goal is to help each child build confidence, make friendships, express themselves and, most importantly, LOVE coming to dance.

Fall registration is now open at our Glendale and Middle Village studios. We’d love to welcome your child into the Moves & Motions family and show you what makes our studio so special.

Season 40 starts HERE!
Monday, August 10th - Thursday August 14th ✨

We are kicking off this milestone season with our Moves Summer Intensive and an incredible lineup of artists ready to inspire, challenge and energize our dancers.

With precision jazz, contemporary, hip hop, tap, pom, cheer and so much more, our dancers will experience an exciting variety of styles while learning from an amazing group of artists and educators.

And this is only the beginning. We have several more incredible weeks of classes, training and special guests still ahead. The energy and opportunities will continue all summer long.

We cannot wait to get started. Let’s make Season 40 unforgettable!

To our beautiful graduating seniors….

It has never just been about the trophies or the titles.

It has always been about this.

The friendships that became family. The arms that lifted each other through every challenge. The memories that will last long after the music ends.

As you share your final moments together, remember what you built with one another…. May you cherish these memories as one of your greatest accomplishments.
