Mark your calendars for Saturday, April 30th, 2022! In honor of ADPT by Cynergy's 1st year at 119 West 57th, we are hosting a book signing of "High Performance Nutrition for Master Athletes" by Lauren Antonucci, RDN, CSSD, CDE, CDN!
Lauren's book will be available for purchase (cash, credit, Apple Pay, and Google Pay will be accepted) and she will be signing copies!
In addition to the book signing, we will be hosting five complimentary sessions and a group run! Each session will feature a guest speaker (or two!) presenting on a topic related to athletes, nutrition, and recovery.

What an amazing weekend in New York City!!
An opportunity to grow. An opportunity to challenge. An opportunity to collaborate.
This course, like many others, was a two way street with the passing of knowledge as there were many points brought up by attendees that created tremendous value!!
