We spend so much of our lives looking at screens that many of us no longer notice what’s quietly fading in the background — our sensory awareness, nervous system balance, and connection to the world around us.
This can deteriorate our ability to engage our lateral thinking capacity, dampen our creative spark, and reduce our ability to communicate with efficacy and empathy.
I’ll be running programmes at in the next few months designed to help folks reignite their sensory awareness.
Our wisteria and rose pergola here is a great starting place, and we’ll also do some forest bathing and of course my Horse Powered Insight experiences with our happy herd. 🐎
