On May 31, in the spirit of Mental Health Awareness Month, we created a wellness experience for the people who give so much of themselves to others every day.
We brought together our coaches, clinicians, team members, partners, and wellness experts for a day focused on movement, mindfulness, nutrition, recovery, financial wellness, creativity, and human connection.
The experience was structured around six pillars of holistic wellbeing, with trusted practitioners and specialists guiding participants through each one:
๐ง MIND: Help To Adjust by Don Sinkfield and Sinkfield MA, SEL
๐ BODY: The Skin Guru by Homsi
๐ฅ FUEL: By Elle With Love by Elle Daniels
๐ฟ CALM: Well Reserved by and Jennifer Willis
๐ BUILD: The Family Leadership Experience by Kelly M. Dolson CPA, MBA
๐จ EXPRESS: Creative reflection and self-expression
Throughout the day, we saw people slow down, connect, learn, reflect, and make space for themselves. A space they didnโt realize they needed.
Thank you to our wonderful facilitators for pouring their expertise and passion into our Klinic family, and inspiring them to connect with their team members and their greatness.
โจ The wellbeing of a community begins with the wellbeing of the people serving it.

CHAPTER 13 is out! And itโs full of the power of play ๐คธ๐ป๐คธโโ๏ธ๐คธ๐ปโโ๏ธ
Keeping the aspect of play and fun alive isnโt just for smiles. According to UNICEF, it is actually crucial for child motivation, deeper learning, and growth.
When kids enjoy how they learn, they build stronger problem-solving skills and a genuine enthusiasm for education that lasts a lifetime. โจ
Thatโs why we always make space for the power of play, and for our students to express what they love most about our program.
