Everyone’s wants to tone there arms and are so frustrated when their workouts don’t hit the mark. Facilitating full shoulder mobility unlocks more access to your triceps and biceps allowing them to lengthen and contract, hence making them tone more. If you want the secret to sculpting your body, the answer is in functional training and the pathway is through the joints and this is what makes ThreeForm different than the entire fitness industry.

I learned years ago in school, a full protocol for treating and alleviating the pain of scoliosis. After a couple days of doing the treatment exercises I noticed my mid section tightening up and the definition through my entire core come out in a way it only had when I was a swimming. Since that day I have pretty much ditched conventional ab exercises and focused on ones that move the spine and teach the core muscles to move with it. Not only does it treat all spinal dysfunctions it leaves your abs toned and sculpted to a natural shape.

One year ago today, ThreeForm opened its doors as I moved back into a studio on Bowery to pick up where I left off before the pandemic.

To be completely honest, it has been one of the hardest years of my career. Starting over and having to rebuild my business felt like taking 5 steps back. There have been some painfully hard days along the way and I greatly appreciate everyone’s patience with me as we work out all the kinks in starting a new business.

Without the support from the ThreeForm community and friends who have showed up & helped me all year, none of this would have been possible. I’m am so grateful for everyone who has had a hand to play in ThreeForm no matter how big or small.

My biggest takeaway from this year is just how sacred this method is. Getting to watch how ThreeForm changes peoples bodies and confidence inspires me daily and reminds me why I came back to pick up where I left off. The evolution of the business has proven that ThreeForm has so much room for growth.

I can’t wait to launch the online library so that I can finally share the evolution of my method with everyone who has followed me over the years.

The best is yet to come ☺️

After you’ve opened up your body and gotten rid of any movement restrictions and inflammation, it’s time to carefully implement weightlifting.

And yes, we have a method for that 💪🏼 has been lifting weights for over 20 years and has created a program specifically for women to help increase strength while canceling out any bulk and tightness. Hey everyone, P here with an update for you all on the fall programming. Since it’s officially Sept 1st I want to shift and build on what we‘be been doing over the last 4 months. I’ve been super focused on corrective exercises, function, and muscle balance since the spring and the results have been incredible.

For the fall we are going to increase the range of our movements, progress to more complex joint movements and change the types of resistance points. You can also expect to see more 1.5 and 2.5 hour classes 💪🏼

Over the next 10 days the class schedule will be very light as I will need time to formulate exactly what this will look like.

I hope everyone is as excited as I am for the next progression of the methodology. For everyone on virtual, you will want to get the perform better bands and a bosu ball. These are great investments and will be crucial in order for you to take your performance to the next level.

The September schedule is up now, make sure you book your spots before they fill up!
