This post is dedicated to variations of glute bridges or hip thrusts.
I love this exercise because doing them strengthen your glutes, your hamstrings, your calves, your quads, your inner thighs, your hips, your core, and your lower back— and depending on different variables like range of motion, props, or feet placement, we can target different areas of the body.
these exercises are so important and effective that I incorporate them into almost every one of mt Barre, Pilates, and Strength training classes, and even into my own workouts throughout each week.
Experiment with some of these by sprinkling them into your own workouts, or try a wild bridge workout and do all of them one day for a big leg and glute workout from the mat.
