For the next 8 weeks, Flow-Mo will be offered through ’s new class series!
Same class time (Friday 6pm ET), same sweaty euphoric unwind.
What’s new? Well if you want to keep moving throughout the week, there’s a full roster of classes ranging from dance to fitness to theater. Whether you consider yourself a “dancer” or not you’ll probably find something for you.

(FYI I took Whitley’s and Emily’s classes this weekend. Both of them kicked my b***y and boosted my mood! And Marc’s Sip ’n’ Step has been the closest thing to a dance party feel that I’ve found in quarantine!)

Free Family Dance Day • Sunday, October 18
