⚡️IT WAS A VERY STRONG GIRLS WEEKEND⚡️

This past weekend we hosted a private Strong Girls Afternoon for a group of girls going to camp together AND our first monthly Strong Girls Club at the UES Studio💪

All of the girls practiced confidence-boosting exercises, conquered circuits AS A TEAM, and had fun moving their bodies and getting strong together. It was at its finest✨

After all their hard work, the girls went home with special gifts from for the ultimate self-care 🛀

☀️Last week we hosted our first class at the beautiful Three Ducks in collaboration with ColorPop Workshop and it was amaZING✨

Parents enjoyed the serene hotel experience with fresh pastries, coffee & tea while the kids got moving outside with us. After class, kids loved their swag bags and Colorpop goodies. It was the perfect way to kickstart the weekend💪
