1-minute jog 2% (6.0 mph)
1-minute jog +1 1% (7.5 mph)
1-minute run flat (7.5 mph)
1-minute jog 4% (6.0 mph)
1-minute jog +1 3% (7.0 mph)
1-minute run 2% (9.0 mph)
1-minute jog 6% (6.0 mph)
1-minute jog +1 4% (7.0 mph)
1-minute run 2% (9.0 mph)
Rest for 2 minutes/Repeat 2-3x
