🔸Can’t make it to the live class? There will be an on demand recording available for 72-hour access. After the live class, it takes us a few hours to edit and upload footage. That being said, the on demand link will be sent out by 11:30 pm est on 3/1.

Here’s how we level up our side plank game 😉👊🏼⁣

☑️grab a glider + medium tension loop band ⁣

▫️Connect the loop band around your feet⁣
▫️Set up a forearm side plank ⁣
▫️Step the primary side foot on the glider, stagger your feet, back foot on the floor⁣
▫️Place your top hand behind your ear ⁣
▫️Rotate your torso down as drive your primary thigh up towards your chest and connect your elbow to knee ⁣
▫️Unwind and extend your leg out ⁣

Why we 💙 it??⁣
Adding a glider + band provide a dynamic challenge and added strengthening component for the upper + lower body and core! 🔥⁣

☄️How To Tuesday⚡️Reverse Lunge Knee Drive⁣☄️

✖️Start in a lunge position ⁣
✖️Press right heel down and explode up off your right leg as you pull your left knee up. ⁣
✖️Drive your left knee up and in line with your hip. Drive your left heel up your right inner leg. Avoid swinging your left heel / shin forward. You want all of your energy directed straight⬆️ up! ⁣
✖️Arms |💡Think!💡opposite leg, opposite arm! ⁣
✖️Explosive power is 🔑⁣

⚡️Low Impact Alternative ⚡️⁣
✖️Eliminate the jump and keep your right foot on the ground at all times⁣
✖️Be sure to stand all the way up through your right leg! ⁣

p l y o m e t r i c s | exercise involving repeated rapid stretching and contracting of muscles (as by jumping and rebounding) to increase muscle power. ⁣

✖️Plyometrics are the perfect combination of strength and cardio. Reverse lunge knee drive is just one example! ⁣
