🔸Can’t make it to the live class? There will be an on demand recording available for 72-hour access. After the live class, it takes us a few hours to edit and upload footage. That being said, the on demand link will be sent out by 11:30 pm est on 3/1.

Here’s how we level up our side plank game 😉👊🏼
☑️grab a glider + medium tension loop band
▫️Connect the loop band around your feet
▫️Set up a forearm side plank
▫️Step the primary side foot on the glider, stagger your feet, back foot on the floor
▫️Place your top hand behind your ear
▫️Rotate your torso down as drive your primary thigh up towards your chest and connect your elbow to knee
▫️Unwind and extend your leg out

Adding a glider + band provide a dynamic challenge and added strengthening component for the upper + lower body and core! 🔥
